• Hosting general sessions across four conference days

• Introduction of keynote speakers

• Hosting awards segments or recognition moments

• Hosting evening receptions and signature events (as needed)

• Supporting opening kickoff and closing wrap-up

• Participation in production rehearsals and AV run-throughs

• Collaboration on scripting, messaging, transitions, and thematic throughlines
